Talented in the written word, Tracey combines her extensive knowledge of public sector selection criteria and job applications with her years of expertise as a hiring officer in the recruiting process.
Tracey took on a more significant position at Career Choice Resumes in 2019 after serving in various roles for the enterprise over several years.
Tracey has a solid history in business writing and professional career documentation and has a strong commitment to refinement and professionalism in her presentation style.
As a Quality Certified Virtual Business Assistant, and being well-versed in web design and information technology, Tracey provides a range of online and freelance Business Administration, IT and Web Design services and is currently undertaking a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
With a natural aptitude for creative career and resume writing, Eifron built a record of achievements as a Freelance Resume Writer since 2003, originally writing for Australian-based company First Place Resumes, and one of the largest resume writing companies in the United States until 2015.
Career Choice Resumes was founded in 2010, and Queensland based First Place Resumes was acquired shortly thereafter as a complementary operation.
Eifron is renowned for her ability to unearth customers’ hidden skills and talents and tell “their distinctive story”. Her background in human resources, recruitment, and company management gives her a comprehensive understanding of what employers look for in candidates.
Early in her career, she was one of a handful of Australians to acquire Certified Advanced Resume Writer (CARW) credentials from Career Directors International (CDI).
Past and present professional memberships include Career Directors International (CDI) | National Resume Writers Association (NRWA); Authorized DISC Administrator/Behavioral Consultant.
